Thank you for being the Best Customer Base any comic book store owner could ever hope for, would like to catch everyone up on the state of the stores and our plans for the rest of the year and 2024.

Thank you to everyone that came out in droves to help us celebrate the expansion of CC Bel Air and our 22nd Anniversary at CC Parkville HQ. As many of you may know we have added many features at both stores and new product lines too! The Staff including Allison, Cesar, Gordon and I want to share some of our future plans and events coming up for the rest of this year and beyond. First we want to say that we know many customers are being effected by the rising costs of basic needs like groceries and gas "Over the last six months, higher prices have led nearly 80% of consumers to cut spending on nonessential goods, like entertainment, home decor, clothing, appliances and more, the survey found. Further, two-thirds of respondents reported spending less on essential items, like groceries, utilities and gas" We understand as costs for everything even for stores has been on the rise in 2023. We too like many retail outlets are seeing less spending this year as a result of this than in prior years but still seeing support from all of you for events and for the stores in general. We do want to help everyone we can including fellow small businesses and will be working more closely with some of our neighboring businesses at both stores as well as Local Artists and Convention Promoters to bring more FUN EVENTS to the stores in 2024. As far as the remainder of 2023 we could really use you, THE CC ARMY to RALLY and help us improve Sales at the Stores Overall and help us help you find the most Unique Gifts and Items offered anywhere in the area by stopping in and taking advantage of our Upcoming Promotions, New Products, Sales, and Events too! Help Us make 2023's Holiday Season mutually beneficial for Us and for you by stopping in and supporting us any way you can, spending is always best but you can support us in many other ways too that cost you nothing but a little time :

1. Coming out and Showing up for Events, Signings and Sales!
2. Signing Up for/Opening a Subscription Box at Either Store and Picking Up All Titles in Boxes at Least Once every 3 Weeks and visiting the Stores on Wednesday's, #NewComicsWednesday!

3.Taking Advantage of our CC Holiday bonus Gift Cards Starting Now! - Great Value.

4.Sharing Our Store Posts on Social Media & Tagging Us in Pics of your Purchases from the Stores on Social Media Platforms. IG, FB, TikTok, Threads, X. We have it all!

5.Inviting your Friends and Family to Events and Sales in Person and Online.

6.We are ALWAYS BUYING Comics, Toys, Games & Collectibles; Specifically interested in Larger Collections of Items. We Purchase Collections/Items by Appointment Only so if you or someone you know has a collection let us know by calling the Parkville Store during regular store hours.

For the Remainder of 2023, here are a few changes Coming to the Stores :

Mobivity App Company is Discontinuing the Belly Rewards System and while we have Access to members Emails we do not have Access to points Earned, we are currently reviewing a replacement but will likely be offering a New Punch Card Reward alongside our Wednesday Bucks Card.

2023 Conventions We are Attending - Clandestine Comics Show 10/22 and MD Toy Expo 11/05.

Sales & Promotions - In Addition of Various Regularly Scheduled Weekend Sales, Halloween ComicFest 10/26, Halloween Sale 10/31, Local Comic Shop Day, Black Friday Midnight Madness, Thanksgiving Black Friday Weekend Sale, Countdown to Infinite X-Mas Sale, End of Year and New Years Sales + Surprise Flash Sales and New Events Featuring Special Guests and much more!

Store Improvements - More New Product Offerings, both Stores. Parkville - Return of the Back Issues Vault, more Arcade Machines, More Showcases featuring even more Vintage Toys & Collectibles, Expanded and Additional Added Racks and shelving.
